Direct OCPP currently has the following limitations
Network Connection
The charger needs a network connection at startup to synchronize the system time. This is essential for verifying the server's certificate during the TLS handshake.
A fully offline OCPP scenario is currently not supported.
Datetime Format
Only UTC timezone support, 'Z' indicator required. Fractional seconds is optional in messages to charger, 1-9 digits in fractional seconds supported.
An example of the accepted time format by the charger:
