OCPP MeterValues are sent based on every 1 kWh of energy consumed. With this in mind, the quickest you will receive an updated MeterValue when charging on single-phase (7 kW) is 7 minutes and 3 minutes on three-phase (22 kW).

7.4 kW (single phase)	7 minutes
22 kW (three phase)	3 minutes

Although we support the MeterValueSampleInterval key, changing this will not change the frequency that MeterValues are received past what is outlined above.
