Set Dynamic Charger Current

Allows you to temporarily control the amount of charging power by limiting it to for example 10A for 4 minutes (TTL), after which the limit is cleared.
Setting minutes to 0, results in a limit being applied until another one is set.
Note: The dynamic charger current limit is always cleared when the charger reboots or the charging cable is disconnected.
